About
The address is Birchall Lane, Hertford.
Hertfordshire Garden Landscapes is Jake McGrath’s practice. The first conversation is with him.
A job starts with a look at the plot and ends when the site is swept. That covers garden design, hard landscaping, a grounds round and tree surgery, for houses and for commercial and public clients across Hertfordshire.
The photographs run from a side alley and a courtyard to whole back gardens and long drives. Earlier outdoor work has included ponds and water features, rooftop gardens and corporate landscaping. The size of the plot and the budget are part of that first conversation.
The practice works to a strict code of conduct. Tree work is led by health and safety, and the arborists hold current certificates. Client details are not shared, sold or passed on.
